One day I came to visit a family friend at his Villa Cinotti. He inherited it and he did not have enough time for her and a large garden created by a famous architect. He lives in the house next door, and the villa and beautiful garden are abandoned.

I spoke with the owner of the villa, if he is ready to invest time and money again, to take care of the garden and the villa, with my support, and I will take all the rest of the responsibility for creating the project and holding events.

That's how this project started.
Agostino Fantastici
Agostino Fantastici (1782 – 1845) was an Italian scenic designer and architect, mainly active in Siena, Italy. He also wrote books of poetry.
03 July 1835 Agostino Fantastici was called to carry out a project to arrange gardens of villa Cinotti.

The Kaffeehaus designed by A. Fantastici as a votive temple and internal apse, front with Doric columns and pediment decorated with statues. The rectangular-shaped garden with a fishpond in the center is bordered by boundary walls and an avenue.

The result exceeded all expectations! The garden is truly fantastic. The owners of the villa enjoyed their morning coffee with birdsong in the Kaffehause. The garden has stood for 188 years and still touches hearts with its uniqueness and sophistication. The bird cages on each side of the loggia were later removed.
Refined simplicity
We have carefully preserved the original idea of the garden without major transformations so that the space does not lose its uniqueness and is an ideal base for any type of event that is easy to decorate. At the moment, the first floor of the villa is also available, which has a kitchen, a living room, a large hall, where large tables can be set in case of rain.

For humane reasons, we did not return the cages with birds, but 2 beautiful horses, 2 dogs and even one cow live in the villa, which the owner bought instead of the third horse, from the fate of becoming a steak in a restaurant.

of beauty
Siena, Italy
The graceful gardens, created by the architect Augustino Fantastici in 1835, have preserved the mood of antiquity and are filled with the atmosphere of Tuscany: olive trees, cypresses, vineyards. The architecture of garden is neutral and will be the perfect backdrop for both minimalist decor and luxurious compositions. The gardens are suitable for any type of event, with a capacity of up to 100 people. The ground floor of the villa is open for use during the event.
